I’d be glad to hear from you and explore how I might support you.
If you’d like to arrange an appointment or ask any questions, you’re welcome to reach out via email.

Once your first session is booked, I’ll send you a brief intake form to complete beforehand. It’s simply a way for me to begin getting a sense of you, and to help things flow more smoothly.

I’ll be interested in understanding what has brought you here, how things have been unfolding for you, and whether you’ve had support before, what felt helpful and what didn’t. We’ll also touch on some practical aspects of therapy, such as confidentiality, scheduling, and fees, including payment and any Medicare rebates, if applicable.

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you’re welcome to send it through beforehand. And if there are any documents or letters from other professionals that you feel might be helpful, you can share those, too.

When we meet, I’ll welcome you into a space where we can find our pace. There’s no pressure to have things fully formed.

Online Therapy

An online psychology session is just like meeting in person, and it is just as important to ensure you are in a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and able to speak freely, without the worry of being overheard.

You can choose a location that feels right for you, as long as you have a stable internet connection and a device that supports video calls

Studies show that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions, and many people find it more convenient and comfortable.

Before your session, I’ll send you a link to join.

On the day, it’s helpful to set up a few minutes early. This way, you can take a moment to settle in and feel fully ready for our therapy.
